A robust but flexible process
Award holders value the Quality Mark because they know it is only awarded when applicants can show:
- an appropriate selection of professional or national occupational standards effectively embedded in the qualification, programme, or resource and
- a rigorous approach to quality assurance.
Standards are high, but our team is there to help you through the process.
Those interested will receive a free consultation to establish the scale of the verification required and an estimate of the cost.
If you choose to proceed, then you will have access to the services of one of our verifiers, who will normally give advice over the phone but can also visit you, if required, to provide advice on particularly complex matters.
At the start of the process you will receive an outline of the stages and a likely completion date. If you are successful, you will receive a certificate, be placed on the Quality Mark register and be entitled to use the appropriate Quality Mark branding on relevant information and publicity.
