. Respond to tasks using the Guidance to Applicants

. Analytical, critically evaluative approach 
. Good rates of learner retention and achievement

. Application of knowledge and skills to practice

Unsuccessful Applications

. Unable to demonstrate currency of practice 
. Misunderstood/failed to address the question or task

. No up to date record of CPD 
. Evidence cited but not substantiated

. Failed to address a task

. Referees not chosen/advised appropriately  
. No evidence of reflective practice
