Sara Mogel
Sara Mogel is a member of the Standards Verification UK (SVUK) Board, the membership of which reflects the diversity of Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK)'s areas of work.
Sara was appointed as Acting Principal of West Cheshire College in December 2000 and Principal in June 2001. She has led the college through a period of great change, including developing a successful recovery strategy, refocusing the college as a specialist vocational college, two successful OFSTED inspections and opening a £10 million campus in Ellesmere Port. In the most recent inspection 13 areas of the College's work, including leadership, were described as outstanding.
Sara is a member of the Ellesmere Port and Neston Sure Start Board and the curriculum committee of Edexcel. She is a Freeman of the Guild of Educators, passionate about vocational education and training, and forthright as one of its advocates.
